Term Provider Inc is a family company started by Keri and Michael James in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Michael James started in the life insurance industry in 2002 with Wawanesa Life. In 2007 his wife Keri joined him in the business. Together they ran Diversified Financial Services until 2019. In 2019, they federally incorporated Term Provider with the goal of becoming a national brokerage in the life insurance industry.
Term Provider was started to help Canadians shop for life insurance and living benefits. We have teamed up with many of the top life insurance companies in Canada.
